- In this role, you will develop and deliver advanced information-based
- applications for products and processes. Emphasis in on process
- automation, automated decision support, and creation of new product
- opportunities driven by business vision, objectives or needs.
- Responsibilities will include analysis of business objectives to define
- problems and establish technical goals, marketing and proposal
- development to obtain project approval and funding, definition of design
- approach, implementation, and transition to the customer.

- The qualified candidate should have demonstrated experience in developing
- and delivering software systems, software engineering process
- methodologies, technical leadership, and project management. This
- individual should also be highly motivated, goal driven, capable of
- effectively interacting with customers, and work well both independently
- and as a team member.

- This position requires an MS in Computer Science (or equivalent) and a
- minimum of five years experience in leading the development of software
- systems. Your background should include computer science, software
- engineering, and project management. Using your strong interpersonal,
- communication, and organizational skills, you will learn quickly and work
- on a broad scope of applications.

- The following qualifications are desirable: Object-oriented analysis and
- design training or experience, C and C++ programming, UNIX/Xwindows/Motif
- and MS Windows experience, and AI or advanced reasoning technology
- experience.
